Can I return an online purchase to a store?

Yes! You can return items to any of our stores.

How do I track my purchase or return?

Give Back Program

How does your Give Back credit program work?

We reward conscious shopping! You will receive a 10% Give Back Credit based on the value of the original purchase price paid, when you Give Back the items you've purchased in saleable condition. Once your items are received at our warehouse, they will be inspected and credits will be issued to your account if the items are in saleable condition.

Is there a shipping fee to return my Give Back items?

Our goal is to make participating in our Give Back program easy and convenient, therefore we do not charge a shipping fee for Give Back returns.

What if I received a gift? Can I still get Give Back credits?

Yes! Just create your account and follow the return instructions. We will need some information from you in order to find the original purchase. The name of the person who gave you the gift will work! If you have any questions you can Contact Us or email our Customer Service Team directly at contact@shopassembleco.com.

When I mail my items back, how long will it take to receive my credits?

To receive your Give Back credits you first need to create an account (if you don't already have one). Once your items are received at our warehouse, they will be inspected and credits will be issued if the items are in saleable condition. Once our warehouse receives your items, please allow 5-7 days for processing.

What do you do with the items that I Give Back?

Our circular mission is focused on keeping items in use for as long as possible, ensuring they are properly managed through to end of life. Every item that is “given back” is carefully inspected for damages, laundered and mended before being placed into our preloved program. We guarantee that preloved items are in like new condition that you will be proud to have your family enjoy. For any item you return that is not in saleable condition, we will ensure proper recycling and/or composting - keeping items out of landfills.

Do my Give Back credits expire?

No! Your credits never expire.

How long do I have to Give Back my items?

We think of our Give Back credit program as a lifetime credit, so there is no time limit.

Do you accept items from other retailers?

No. We only accept items that have been purchased from Assemble.

What happens if I damage an item?

Our goal is to keep items in circulation as long as possible. We appreciate you taking good care of items so they can be enjoyed by future families… but we understand it happens, especially with little ones. You should still return those items to us, but if they are not in saleable condition you will not receive Give Back credits.

Where do I get a free shipping label for my Give Back?
