Padma Jacket

Handwoven on a traditional frame loom, our signature honeycomb weave uses a combination of naturally dyed yarns to create a unique distressed shaded look reminiscent of the walls of rural homes. The warp yarns are dyed using a combination of pomegrante peels and iron filings and the weft yarn is dyed using tea. This weave has an inherent moisture wicking property which is perfect for a warm summer day. The Padma jacket is a single breasted drop shoulder jacket. An easy outerwear piece with contrast pick stitching and an exaggerated box pleat detail on the back to give it a casual cocoon shape.
